To guide women who feel exhausted and disconnected after burnout, trauma, or loss-of-self to reclaim their inner voice and realign with the confident, vibrant self they’re meant to be.

Process

Coaching Process

1 - Book A Free 15 min Discovery Call

We’ll connect to explore your goals, talk about available coaching packages, see if we’re the right fit, and decide on a package that feels like it's in alignment with your needs and goals.

2 - Book your first coaching call

We'll find a time the following week that works with both of our schedules. I'll email you some homework to do in advance, then together we'll define your vision and create a plan for transformation. We'll then book our next session!

3 - Weekly Coaching Sessions

Depending on the package your choose, we'll most likely meet regularly and have powerful conversations. We'll also focus on tools, and accountability. We'll also have a check-in or two via email during our time apart and you'll be given clear tasks to work on until our next meeting.

4 - Sustainable Transformation

You'll walk away with a clear path toward wellness, daily practices and mindset shifts that will build your confidence, and help you create lasting realignment, connection with your inners spirit, and a sense of peace and clarity for where you're heading next in your life.

How do I get started?

Start by booking a free 15 minute discovery call. We’ll explore your goals and see if my coaching is the right fit for you.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! All coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom or Google Meets, so you can join from anywhere in the world.

How often do sessions take place?

Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on their goals and coaching plan. We’ll decide what cadence works best for you together.

How long is each session?

Sessions typically last 50 minutes, allowing time for deep conversation, reflection, and action planning.

Is coaching confidential?

Absolutely. Everything shared during coaching is kept private and confidential in a safe, judgment-free space.

Do you offer payment plans?

No — I'm sorry, at this time we are unable to offer payment plans. However if you truly feel the fee for your desired package is a roadblock and you know in your heart you still deeply want to pursue coaching and you know Back to Self Studio is the right fit, please reach out, perhaps there's an arrangement we can come to. We also periodically offer discounts on our services.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24-hour notice for rescheduling. There will be no refunds for missed or cancelled sessions.
